When were playoff invoices mailed?
Playoff invoices were mailed to all PSL owners on Monday, November 26th, 2001. Please allow up to a week for the materials to arrive.
What if I don�t receive my invoice?
If you do not receive your invoice by Tuesday, December 4th, 2001 please contact the Ravens at 410-261-RAVE (7283).
When will the playoff games be played?
Wild Card games: Saturday, January 12th, 2002 or Sunday, January 13th, 2002
The divisional winner with the third best record hosts the Wild Card team with the worst record. The Wild Card team with the best record hosts Wild Card team with the second best record. Winners advance to the Divisional Playoffs.
Divisional Playoffs: Saturday, January 19th, 2002 or Sunday, January 20th, 2002
The top two divisional winners host Divisional Playoff games against Wild Card winners. Best record plays worst and second best plays third best.
AFC Championship: Sunday, January 27th, 2002
Two divisional playoff winners play at home of team with best record.
Super Bowl XXXVI: Sunday, February 3rd, 2002
The Super Bowl will be played at the Louisiana Super Dome in New Orleans, Louisiana
As a PSL Owner, how do I secure my same seats to playoff games at PSINet Stadium?
PSL Owners can reserve their same seats to playoff games at PSINet Stadium by sending full payment for playoff tickets, handling fee, and parking passes, if applicable, no later than December 12th, 2001. Playoff tickets are sold as a two game package, representing the maximum number of potential playoff home games. Partial payments will not be accepted. Failure to meet this deadline will result in resale of your tickets. Due to time constraints, no extensions will be granted.
Why do I have to pay for two games now?
Playoff tickets are sold as a two game package, representing the maximum number of potential playoff home games. Due to time constraints for the distribution of tickets, we must collect for both games now, even if it seems unlikely that two playoff games would be played at PSINet Stadium.
Will PSL Owners have the option to purchase additional seats?
PSL owners should fill out their Extra Order Application if interested in entering a lottery for additional seats to Ravens home playoff games. A very limited number of additional tickets are available. These tickets are sold as a two game package. Please return the Extra Order Application no later than December 7th, 2001 in the blue envelope provided to be eligible for the lottery drawing. Winners will be notified by mail.
What is the deadline date for payment of my playoff tickets?
Full Payment for your playoff tickets, handling fee, and parking passes, if applicable, must be received no later than December 12th, 2001. Partial payments will not be accepted. Failure to meet this deadline will result in resale of your tickets. No extensions will be granted.
Can I pay for my playoff tickets over the phone or via fax?
Telephone and Fax orders WILL NOT be accepted. Please send payments in the white envelope provided.
When will I receive my playoff tickets?
Playoff tickets will be mailed, on or about, December 28th, 2001 via Federal Express Second Day Delivery. Tickets will be mailed to the PSL owner of record at the address indicated on the invoice. Any address changes must be received in writing, in the form of a letter, from the PSL owner of record no later than December 14th, 2001. Please allow 3-5 days for ticket delivery.
What if one, or both, playoff games are not played at PSINet Stadium?
If either one or both of these potential games are not home games for the Baltimore Ravens at PSINet Stadium, the unused portion of your playoff ticket payment will be automatically applied to your 2002 season ticket renewal. The credit amount will be indicated on the renewal invoice you will receive in early February.
I cannot use all the tickets for both games. May I purchase only one game or only some of the seats?
Post Season games are offered as a two game package only; orders for individual games will not be accepted.
Why are prices different for the two playoff games?
The NFL determines ticket prices and handling charges for playoff games.
Why is there a $10.00 handling fee per account?
The NFL determines handling charges for playoff games. This fee is for Federal Express Second Day shipping and processing costs. Please note that PSL owners have the option of paying a $3.00 service charge to pick-up their tickets at the PSINet Stadium rather than the $10 FedEx fee. Please notify us prior to December 14th if you would prefer this option.
What methods of payment will the Ravens accept?
Checks or the following credit cards will be accepted: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
What is the ticket distribution plan for the general public?
Once the date of the game(s) is decided, an on-sale date will be announced and the general public can purchase tickets through TicketMaster, at the stadium box office, or online at www.ravenszone.net. It is likely that a very small number of tickets will be made available for public sale.
What if I lose my playoff tickets?
Lost, destroyed or stolen playoff tickets will not be replaced. Playoff tickets are valuable and should be stored in a safe place.
What about Super Bowl tickets if the Ravens are participants?
If the Ravens qualify for the Super Bowl, random lotteries will be conducted in which selected PSL Owners will have an opportunity to purchase a limited number of Super Bowl tickets. Separate lotteries will be conducted for Club Level and Non-Club Level PSL Owners. All PSL Owners will be included in the appropriate lotteries. Notification of your interest to be included in the lottery is not required. These lotteries will be conducted at a time deemed appropriate by the National Football League. Selected winners from the lottery will receive the opportunity to purchase two (2) tickets and will be notified by mail.

The Ravens are currently exploring ways to better communicate with fans. By providing your e-mail address, in the future we could update you on Ravens news as it happens and also notify you of important issues related to your PSL account. Please complete the white card provided with your playoff invoice mailing and either mail to the address provided or include it with your payment.
