ADA Seating (Disabled)
ADA accessible seating is available throughout the stadium, on all three levels. Guests who require ADA accessible seating should contact the ticket office to purchase available seats in advance.
If you would like to change the address on your account, the request must be in writing from the actual account holder. If the account is in the name of a company or organization, the request should be made on company letterhead by the attention name of record. Please include your account number on all correspondence.
A limited number of away game tickets are made available to the Ravens for use by players and coaches. We are not able to accomodate any other requests. It is suggested that you contact the home club to arrange for tickets.
Children - Age 2 and Under
Children age 2 and under may be held in an adult's lap and are not required to have a ticket to the game.
The Ravens accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express for season ticket payments as well as for individual ticket sales.
If duplicate tickets (two customers are holding tickets to the same seat for the same game) are presented, immediately contact the nearest S.A.F.E. supervisor. The supervisor will bring both sets of tickets to the ticket office at the West end of the lower concourse between gates A & D for a resolution.
Guests who have lost their tickets may have a seat location pass issued by notifying the ticket office. A refundable service charge of $10.00 will be collected for each seat location pass. Refunds will be issued upon return of the original ticket. Customers whose tickets have been stolen may obtain a seat location pass, at no charge, by notifying the ticket office and providing the official police report information.
