RAVENS PLACE JAMES TRAPP ON IR

Thursday - 1/17/2002

The Baltimore Ravens placed CB James Trapp on injured reserve with a groin injury. Trapp suffered the injury in the Nov. 4 game at Pittsburgh, and re-injured it in the Dec. 16 game vs. Pittsburgh. Trapp will have surgery
tomorrow.

Taking his place on the 53-man roster is WR (#81) Kenyon Hambrick (Alabama A&M;) who had been on the Ravens' practice squad all season.
