The Ravens will have to wait another week to open the defense of their Super Bowl title. Unsafe playing onditions from a new turf installed at Philadelphia's Veteran Stadium ended last night's preseason opener before it started. At first the game was delayed by 30 minutes, and then a final announcement of the game's suspension came at approximately 8:10 p.m. It is expected that the NFL will make an announcement later today about whether the game will be replayed, or canceled altogether.
