1. Check the box next to each day you have content. (This is in the "Check Days which have content" column.)
2. Each day can have a maximum of 5 items.
3. Check the box next to each item that will be for members only.(This is in the "Check if Private Only" column.)
4. Enter a short description for the given item on the given day.(This is the "Content Title" column.)
5. Enter the link for the content. (This is the "Link" column).
6. Check the box to the right of the link when you want to make the link active.(This is the "Check to make a Link Live" column.)

Note: If you don't have anything new for a given week, uncheck all the boxes next to the day of the week, and a message will be place in the table which says, "NEW CONTENT COMING SOON"
